Refund, Return & Limited Warranty Policy

1. All Sales Are Final — No Returns or Refunds

All sales on Crip Shop (cripshop.com) are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges for buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong size, failing to measure your wheelchair frame tubing before purchasing, or incompatible wheelchair frames. Do not purchase the Handy Hunter if the clamps won't fit the tubing on your wheelchair (0.875" / 22.2 mm, 1.0" / 25.4 mm, or 1.125" / 28.6 mm round tubing only — more tubing sizes coming soon!).

2. Pre-Orders (Handy Hunter)

Pre-order items (including the Handy Hunter) are built to order in small batches with materials committed as soon as your order is placed. All pre-orders are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable once submitted, unless Crip Shop LLC is unable to fulfill and ship your order within 60 days of the original order date.

3. Damaged or Defective Items (7-Day Replacement / Repair Only)

We stand behind our build quality. If your item arrives with verified shipping damage or an out-of-box manufacturing defect, contact us at keybrent64@hotmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Verified shipping damage or out-of-box manufacturing defects qualify for repair or replacement of the defective part/unit only — no cash refunds.

4. "The World's Strongest Cupholder" Limited Warranty & Brand Name Disclaimer

"The World's Strongest Cupholder" and "Worlds Strongest Cupholder" are brand names and marketing taglines, not an unconditional guarantee of indestructibility. Crip Shop LLC provides a 30-day one-time replacement limited warranty from the date of delivery solely for verified material or manufacturing defects occurring under normal, seated wheelchair beverage use. This limited warranty strictly excludes damage from stunts, prying, crushing, deliberate abuse, high-force impacts, overloading, improper mounting, or modifications. That said, if you do slam it, overload it, pry on it, or try to use it as a tow hitch, it STILL isn't covered under warranty — though let's be honest, this thing is built so badass it'll more than likely survive anything short of an open fire anyway (still, please don't set it on fire or use it as a jack stand).

5. Firearm Safety Warning, Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

Firearm Safety Is 100% Your Responsibility: While the Handy Hunter is designed to hold a rifle or shotgun upright on your wheelchair so you can push and turn hands-free, it is a carrying aid only — NOT a safety device, gun lock, or substitute for fundamental firearm safety rules. By purchasing or using the Handy Hunter, you agree and acknowledge that you are solely responsible at all times for:

• Transporting Firearms Unloaded: Always keep firearms unloaded with the chamber empty and the safety engaged whenever mounted on or being moved in a wheelchair. Never mount or roll with a chambered round.
• Muzzle Awareness & Trigger Clearance: Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction, keep fingers and all objects (including branches, clothing, straps, and mount components) completely clear of the trigger guard when inserting, transporting, or removing a firearm, and verify that the mount does not contact the trigger or safety mechanism.
• Chair Stability & Pre-Use Inspection: Inspect all clamps, ball mounts, fasteners, and frame connections before every outing to confirm they are tight and secure, and ensure the added weight and height of your equipment do not affect your wheelchair's balance or tip stability on slopes, obstacles, or uneven terrain.
• Legal Compliance: Comply with all federal, state, and local firearm, hunting, and vehicle/transport laws.

Release & Limitation of Liability: Firearm handling carries inherent risks of serious bodily injury, death, and property damage. By purchasing, installing, or using any Crip Shop LLC product, the buyer and user voluntarily assume all risks associated with its installation and use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crip Shop LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any product is strictly capped at the original purchase price paid for that product. Crip Shop LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including accidental or negligent firearm discharge, personal injury, death, firearm or optic damage, wheelchair or frame damage, spilled drinks, or third-party property damage — resulting from the installation, use, or misuse of our products.

U.S.-Only Shipping Policy

• U.S.-Only Shipping: Crip Shop ships exclusively within the United States from Houston, Texas via USPS (USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, and First Class Package). We do not ship internationally.
• In-Stock Items: In-stock products (such as available colors of the Worlds Strongest Cupholder) ship promptly from Houston, TX.
• Pre-Order Items (Handy Hunter): Handy Hunter pre-orders are built in batches and ship as soon as the next batch is built. You will receive an email with USPS tracking as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for entering an accurate U.S. shipping address at checkout.
